Sales engineer german speaker M/F

Mission

Our client is an international industrial company based in Luxembourg. Leader in its field, the company offers a large range of high quality products and systems all over the world.

To support the growth of one of its divisions, our client is looking for a trilingual Sales Manager (German - English - French).

The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales for the German market.
You manage and develop a customer portfolio (distributors, OEMS…). You have to support your client respect to his technical issues and suggest value-added advice.

As a real business partner, you maintain existing customers and develop long term relationships in order to promote new products and increase the sales volume.

Proactive, you identify market business opportunities and suggest concrete action plans to respect the objectives. You actively participate in developing sales actions, exhibitions and other sales linked actions.

You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical engineering. You have an minimum 4 years' experience in a similar position with international sales.
You are fluent in English and German. French will be an asset.

You have proven sales experience and know-how in industrial product sales, you are able to understand and acquire technical skills into mechanics.
Thanks to your leadership and your ability to create close customer relationships, you are willing to develop and negotiate with international customers especially in Germany.

You behave as a real business partner (included business travels). Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments. You prioritize business opportunities and think strategically.
