Our client is an internationally recognized player in the automotive industry. We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers (92230) new employees for the following role:

Mission

Your main tasks:

• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Professional emails
• Live support chat

For the following queries:

• General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty etc.…,
• Simples complaints: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with legal or financial impact ;
• Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and an online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset the password, connection not working…),
• Possibility to move departments, grow, evolve, and take responsibility through time and experience. Positions of relais expert, supervisor, coach, and platform manager.

Profile

• Native German
• Fluency English
• Active listening
• Good interpersonal skills ;
• An interest in cars is a plus ;
• Dynamic, really good reactivity ;
• Organized and flexible ;
• Commercial business and number oriented.

Contract

CDI 36h/week + training session (2 weeks)
Operational hours (multiple teams with different schedules, all 36hrs/w):
- Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Sat: 8 am to 2 pm, 1 sat per month
Monthly salary gross 1766,96€
+ 152€ monthly gross for the English language (our official language)
+ 152€ monthly gross for the Language bonus (German team language)
+ 152€ monthly gross as a performance bonus - 1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality and productivity
25 days off + 6 days RTT
Medical and life insurance
50% of the public transport fee reimbursed
Access to the restaurant of the company, and to the Work Council.
