We are a Paris-based startup, pioneer in everything “ready-to-grow” !

Since 2013 we’ve been fueling the French market with mushroom kits, fresh herbs, mini veggies and flowers . We’ve developed two indoor gardens LILO and MODULO, to make gardening accessible for everyone (even those without a green thumb!). We are building a loved brand for every city dweller looking for fresh produce and taking part in a green revolution.

Our products are sold on our websites (www.pretapousser.fr/ www.pretapousser.de), Amazon, and more than 300 stores in France, Belgium and Germany and in different retail channels (Real Estate, Kitchen retailers, Concept Stores…)

We expect our turn-over to double over 2020. Developing Germany will be a key success factor and main priority for our business and category, on the web (www.pretapousser.de and Amazon.de) and with our German retailers (MEDIAMARKT, SATURN, CYBERPORT, ….)

Mission

Your Role

We are looking for a DACH Country Developer Intern.

Within the German cross functional team, you will have a key role in adapting our marketing and sales strategy to the German market and its retailers. You will work on:

- Sales: Supporting the sales and operations team for DACH market by identifying business opportunities with market insights

- Marketing: Adapting and translating all content necessary for Product and CRM purposes (Newsletter, After sales, Social, Sales Support…)

- Web: Ensuring perfect on-site experience (ww.pretapousser.de) and mobile app; merchandising and translations, ensuring compliance with market standards (Payment, Shipping, After-sales and Returns…)

- Acquisition: Supporting the team (Social & SEM) with content, market adaptations & insights

- Market Intelligence : Ensuring that our marketing and visibility (PR, Partnerships, Events & Influence …) is adapted to market and cultural specifics, market trends, …

Profile

Your Profile

- Native German speaker, able to communicate in French and execute translations, comfortable in English is a plus

- Agile and Good communicator: Able to collaborate with different type of roles within the company

- Curious and not afraid to Adapt: able to work on different topics and different tasks

- Results Oriented and Customer Centric

- Bachelor Degree or more in Business
