Syartec is an IT engineering company dedicated to the development of web and mobile applications (mainly for multi-brand car dealerships), which was founded in 2012.

Based in Aix-En-Provence, it offers management solutions for automotive dealers in 30 territories (in Europe and Africa), across 300 sales outlets and manages more than 97 brands. 🌎

In addition to offering its software, Syartec can accompany its customers through all stages of deployment, providing training and support.

To optimize all aspects of the automotive business, the company has adopted a global approach to offer solutions tailored to each specific need, with flexibility and adaptability. 🀝 🚘

Syartec’s goal

To find a bilingual French/English Project Manager Assistant, GaΓ«lle, Administrative Manager at Syartec, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue.

Acting as the project manager's right-hand for all project-related tasks, the Assistant Project Manager's role is vital in ensuring that the instructions given by her superior are carried out to the letter.

The aim of the position is to support the Project Manager team, by carrying out several tasks: leading workshops, testing applications and working in collaboration with developers to ensure the quality of deliverables, training and supporting customers.

Our support

Since March, Syartec has been looking for new talent ready to take on the adventure of satisfying their customers. Imran, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer. After a telephone conversation with the Administrative Manager, the candidate has an initial interview with the Software Project Manager to validate his or her experience, motivation and knowledge of the company. 🧠

This is followed by a second two-part interview: a computer test and a discussion with the Administrative Manager, the Software Project Manager and the Operations Manager.

A third interview with Syartec's Managing Director and the Software Project Manager is organized to validate the contract.

Thanks to several exchanges between GaΓ«lle and Imran and a thorough search, Imran found the ideal candidate for the job: Hortense D. multilingual in English, French, Spanish, Dutch and Chinese.

Thanks to her experience abroad, particularly in Australia, Hortense speaks very good English. 🌍

She has had experience in Customer Service, notably with Cofidis. At the end of her studies, she joined a consulting firm specializing in impact and CSR for an internship. She also likes the fact that the company is in the IT sector, having studied this for 3 years. What's more, she was attracted by the company's international dimension, which will enable her to speak English and travel to meet customers.
