Laure, HR Manager at Cotton Bird, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a Customer Support Manager.

The position offered by Cotton Bird

The role of the Customer Support Manager is to support customers throughout their purchasing process, from arrival on their site to receipt of their order.

The profile we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

  • Bilingual in French and German 🇫🇷🇩🇪
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable oral and written communication skills 🗣️
  • Have an initial professional experience in customer relations, ideally in the e-commerce sector 💻
  • Ally curiosity, creativity, rigor, commitment and agility
  • Have knowledge of Adobe Suite software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator 🎨

Our support

Since February, Cotton Bird was looking for a bilingual person in German and French, able to advise and help their customers in Germany with their stationery needs.

Alexandra, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate profile is sent to the customer.

After an initial interview with the Sales Director, the candidate will have a second interview before being hired ✅

Vincent has a Master's degree in Arts, Literature and Languages, with a major in German 🎨
