To find a Customer Relations Manager, Selena and Jessy, Customer Service Managers at Private Sport Shop, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue.

The job offered by Private Sport Shop

The role of the Customer Relations Manager is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This means listening to customers' needs and expectations, and responding to their questions and requests.

The profile sought includes the following characteristics:

-Perfect command of spelling and syntax in Italian and French: level C1+/C2 required in both languages, oral and written -A first successful experience working with B2C customers: after-sales service, sales clerk, customer relations manager... -Fluency in English ideal, but not imperative.

Our support

Since July, Private Sport Shop was looking for someone with a personality and temperament compatible with the spirit of the company.

Nicolas, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was tasked with finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas can begin his research (sourcing and hunting ๐ŸŽฏ ) using our specialized tools. Once talent has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Nicolas draws up a shortlist and forwards it to the customer within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop here: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right up to the point of hiring. A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer. After a quick telephone interview to test her Italian, the candidate has a second interview on site with Selena, Customer Service Manager, to validate her experience, motivation and knowledge of the company. ๐Ÿง 

The talent proposed by MisterBilingue

After several exchanges between Nicolas, Selena and Jessy, and a thorough search, Nicolas found the ideal candidate for the job : Asia R., a trilingual Italian, French and English customer relations manager.

Asia came to France when she was in high school and was able to complete a French baccalaurรฉat. She went on to study LEA (applied foreign languages) ๐ŸŒŽ

The candidate carried out a few translation assignments alongside her studies. After that, she was able to work, via the local mission, in customer relations for Osmozis.

This position enabled her to be in contact with customers speaking different languages (English, Italian, French and Spanish in particular). She was in charge of answering customers' telephone and email queries. ๐Ÿ“ž

Asia found this opportunity very interesting, as she could put her language skills to good use in a company with an international outlook.

Private Sport Shop welcomed Asia in November 2023 as a trilingual Italian/French/English Customer Relationship Manager! ๐ŸŽ‰
