How FABRIQ recruited an Italian-speaking Account Executive ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

Our client

Fabriq is a company that offers an innovative, digital performance management solution for industry. The application brings together all the tools of the production operational excellence system (AIC, action plans, field tours and audits, problem solving, visual management and KPIs) ๐Ÿ’ป

Created in 2019 and based in Paris, it enables production teams to become more effective, solve problems faster and improve efficiency by 2-5% by capitalizing on field data.

In addition to participating in the digitization of industrial performance management, Fabriq provides comprehensive support throughout the deployment stages of the Fabriq solution ๐Ÿค

Fabriqโ€™s goal

To find an Account Executive for the Italian market, Clรฉmence, Talent Acquisition at Fabriq, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue.

Fabriq's objective is to build on the structure currently in place in France and adapt it to the Italian market.

The job offered by Fabriq

The Account Executive's role is to develop the Italian market through sales prospecting and customer meetings. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

Our support

Since September, Fabriq was looking for an exceptional person ready to give 200% within a team of 60 employees.

Alexandra, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was tasked with finding the best profiles for Fabriq.

After a full briefing with the client, Alexandra was able to start her search (sourcing and headhunting ๐ŸŽฏ ) using our specialist tools.

Once talents has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Alexandra draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days.

Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right through to recruitment.

A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

First of all, when a candidate is found, he or she has an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are and whether his or her profile matches those of the client.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is send to the client. After an initial telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition, the candidate undergoes a second video interview with the CEO & Co-Founder to validate his or her experience, motivation and knowledge of the company. ๐Ÿง 

This is followed by a third video interview with the second Co-Founder, the candidate meets Fabriq's Head of Sales, Head of Account Management and Head of Operations. He presents his action plan on the following theme: how can we attract one new customer a month, in the first year, to achieve annual sales of between โ‚ฌ200-230k?

He must then present a case study to the Head of Sales and do a reference check to validate his profile.

The talent proposed by MisterBilingue

Thanks to several exchanges between Alexandra, Clรฉmence and Franรงois and a thorough search, Alexandra found the ideal candidate for the job: Daniele C. trilingual Account Executive in English, French and Italian.

After studying cinema in Bologna, Italy, Daniele began his career in the audiovisual industry in France. ๐ŸŽฌ

His experience at Trace One (a SaaS solution for distributors and manufacturers in the food market) as Sales Manager, enabled him to launch the Italian market and manage a team of 4 people while being responsible for key Italian and European accounts. During his 10 years with Trace One, he also gained experience in prospecting, customer loyalty, support and customer management.

With his in-depth knowledge of the Italian market, Daniele is an organized and inquisitive person. When he found out about Fabrik and the solution it proposed, he directly liked the project and was immediately ready to launch a new market.

Fabriq welcomed Daniele in October 2023 as Account Executive - Italy! ๐ŸŽ‰
