Our support

Since February, Better Collective had been looking for someone bilingual in Spanish and English, capable of managing the optimisation of the visibility and awareness of the brand and the company.

Nicolas, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas was able to start his search (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialist tools. Once talent has been identified and has undergone a structured interview with our recruiter, Nicolas draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right through to recruitment. Follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

The first step in finding a candidate is to conduct an initial interview by video with our recruiter to find out their expectations and see if their profile matches those of the client.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the client.

An SEO test is then sent to the candidate to determine their technical skills. Once the test has been passed, the candidate is invited for an initial interview with the SEO manager, and this time the candidate is given a personality test. If this is decisive, a second interview is organised with the HR manager before the candidate is hired βœ…

The talent proposed by MisterBilingue

After several discussions with the client and an in-depth search, Nicolas managed to find the ideal candidate for the job: Cadi S., SEO Content Manager trilingual in Spanish, English and French πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ‡«πŸ‡·

After studying tourism, Cadi turned to marketing and SEO, which she fell in love with. She worked for INTERNXT for 3 years as a marketing and SEO specialist. She was in charge of SEO strategy, content creation (blog posts and social networks), content translation (into Spanish, English and French), optimisation, keyword research, digital marketing and inbound marketing. She uses Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush and the Google suite as her working tools. Cadi arrived in France 3 months ago and is now looking to develop her SEO expertise in a new structure.

Better Collective welcomed Cadi in April 2024 as a trilingual Spanish/English/French SEO Content Manager! πŸŽ‰
