Our client is an internationally recognized player in the automotive industry. We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers (92230) new employees for the following role:

Mission

You will have to manage:

• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Professional emails and chat

For the following queries :

• General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty, etc.…
• Simples complaints: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with a legal or financial impact
• Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and an online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset the password, connection not working…)
• Update relevant databases and customer records

Contract

• CDI 36h/week
• Salary: €1747,20 monthly gross
• + 152€ monthly gross for the English language (our official language)
• + 152€ monthly gross for the Finnish language (Team language)
• + 152€ monthly gross as a performance bonus - 1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality, and productivity 25 days off + 6 days RTT
• Medical and life insurance
• 50% of the public transport fee reimbursed
• Access to the restaurant of the company, and to the Work Council.

Profil recherché
