What you'll do & learn 📖

Pelico is currently at an inflexion point and is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Vice President of Customer Success to play a pivotal role in scaling Customer Operations in North America.

He/She will lead efforts to maximize impact and deliver value at our customers, secure customer expansions, streamline operations, and drive profitability, ultimately ensuring large-scale deployments with key industrial groups. The North America VP will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, such as executives, project managers, and end-users and will play an instrumental role in Pelico’s development.

Key responsibilities for the role encompass:

  • Team Management : Mentoring & developing the customer operations team to ensure effective execution of strategy & objectives as well as building and structuring the North America team to scale operations.
  • Customer Onboarding : Oversee the onboarding process for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of Pelico working closely with the implementation team to maximize Pelico’s impact and delivering undisputable operational impact.
  • Customer Retention & Expansion : Drive efforts for customer retention and expansion by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth possibilities within existing accounts and formulate strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Pre-sales : Work closely with account executive in pre-sales to accelerate the signature of new deals and expand Pelico across the factories of existing customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, product management, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share customer insights, feedback, and success stories to contribute to product development, marketing initiatives, and overall company strategy.
  • P&L Optimization : Strategically organize and forecast customer deployments and expansions, actively seeking ways to optimize profitability.

What you embody 🎯

  • Strong experience in working with plant level teams in complex manufacturing industries (aerospace, industrial equipment…)
  • Strong experience in engaging and partnering with senior executives at large-scale companies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial, you are not afraid to build the future from scratch and able to go back and forth between high-level overview and hands-on approach
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • US citizenship or Green Card holder
