Mission

Our client is currently looking for their next Senior Manager for its Communications Department.

The Senior Manager’s role will be to strengthen the communication of the company, with a specific focus on the work of the Food Safety department. The aim is to raise awareness around the department activities among stakeholders, promote the impact of on-the-ground actions and showcase how our industry is part of the solution. The Senior Manager will report to the Director, Communications and is expected to work closely with all members of the communications team, as well as others across the organisation.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of content production: including understanding internal clients’ needs, supporting the communications strategy (including selecting relevant KPIs), creating the content and distributing across relevant channels (Members’ newsletter, corporate brochure, executive summaries, etc.)
• Write and publish press and news releases, and distribute on relevant channels, including news wires.
• Monitor and seek out speaking opportunities for the Coalitions Director to speak at, and work with the partnering events to organise and promote their involvement.
• Liaise with media, and work alongside our external PR agency
• Ensure that relevant website pages are kept up to date.
• Create visual communications materials, including brochures, one-pagers, social media image cards, publications etc. Storyboard, script, film and edit video content.
• Assist in preparation of pre-reads, presentations and speech notes, etc. Monitor media coverage and current news agenda, proactively suggest actions for the Coalitions’ benefits
• Develop and share quarterly campaign-based reporting on performance of Coalition communications activities.

Profil recherché

• 🇬🇧 Native-level oral and written English.
• A working knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus !
• You have at least 8 years of experience on a similar position.
• You have a diploma in Communications or Journalism.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to draft different forms of content (press releases, exective summaries, reactive statements, etc.)
• You are proactive, solutions-oriented, flexible, resourceful. You're known for your strong team spirit but you are all capable of working autonomously.
• Some knowledge of food safety issues is a plus.
• You have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Wordpress, social media platforms such as Hootsuite, and HTML is a plus.

• Levallois-Perret (92)
• CDI - Position to be filled as soon as possible.
• Salary: 60/65K€ fixed salary 💰
• 100% of your public transport pass (Navigo)
• Remote work : 3 days a week after the trial period.
