🌍 The client site brings together 300 dynamic employees from all over Europe, with a common desire to offer a quality service. Their passion is enriched and cultivated every day!

Mission

As part of an international team of around ten people, you will be responsible for :

• Inbound calls with Dutch and French-speaking customers;
• Entering and checking prices;
• Entering and tracking orders (by telephone, e-mail, internet);
• Shipment and delivery tracking;
• Management and follow-up of offers;
• Cross and upsell;
• Introducing prospects, creating customers and updating data in SAP;
• Handling incoming e-mails from customers (questions about products, orders, quotes, etc.);
• Complaints management (credit notes, rebilling, debit notes) and communication with the after-sales and finance departments.

Profil recherché

YOUR HARD SKILLS :

• Good command of Dutch: level C1 required, spoken and written;
• Fluency in English is essential.

YOUR SOFT SKILLS

You are assiduous, adaptable, flexible, antonymous and organised.
Above and beyond your training, it's your personality and temperament that will make the difference!

CONDITIONS

• Permanent contract - 35 hours / week - Tourcoing ;
• Position to be filled as soon as possible;
• Remuneration: 28-30K fixed.
