Receptionniste (H/F)

**You need to be fluent in French / English for this role**
Our client, an international leader in Medical appliances and solutions, is looking to hire a Receptionnist for their offices in Paris located in Sèvres (M9/T2). The role is 30h per week.
Mission
- Provide a great welcome to any visitors, clients, colleagues
- Be the company ambassador by the way you behave in any circumstance
- Able to handle switcboard and incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Manage incoming post and outgoing post (dispatch, franking)
- Deal with courriers, internal post, parcels
- Set up the meeting rooms before and after any bookings
Profil recherché
- Previous experience with a switchboard with a large volume of incoming calls (50/day)
- Experience in Reception (1 year is recommended)
- French native or fluent
- English is spoken at a profesional level
