You are a Sales Executive dedicated to the Dutch-speaking clients sailing in our best destinations throughout the globe.

During your mission, you will perform in Sales:

• Take care of the Dutch and English-Speaking clients: understand their needs and follow them all along the booking process on to the closing. You will get a monthly sales objective to reach;
• Always look for the best matching offers for the clients and negotiate the best rates;
• Provide customers with all information related to their booking;
• Ensure full client satisfaction and customer loyalty.

And develop our business:

• Understand the needs of our clients
• Adapt the website and the products according to their needs and feedbacks
• Be part of the recruitment process and be responsible for a small team according to your performance

Profil recherché

• You are native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, mastering a third language like French, German or Italian would be appreciated;
• You are an excellent commercial;
• You are a challenge seeker and a source of proposals;
• You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction;
• You have analytical skills;
• You are able to handle difficult situations by phone or emails and stay calm in all circumstances.
