Mission

Within our sales department, you will play a crucial role in our development in France and abroad! The role of the International Sales Accelerator is to decide if a prospect is mature enough and qualified to be passed on to a sales representative.

It is in this context that you will be involved at the beginning of the sales cycle and will be in charge of establishing a first quality contact on the phone with our French and international prospects (companies of all sizes, sector).

Your missions will be diverse! You will be in charge of:

  • Manage and qualify incoming requests from our prospects or leads generated by our marketing team
  • Establish a first quality contact with prospects by phone
  • Understand their needs by positioning yourself on a consulting approach in their recruitment & employer brand needs
  • Spark the curiosity and interest of leads by promoting our value proposition
  • Schedule calls and meetings to feed the pipeline of our sales representatives
  • Work hand in hand with sales representatives and provide them with key information on prospects (size and structure of teams, services currently used, etc.)
  • Complete the activity in our Salesforce CRM tool

This position is part of an internal mobility programme. It is a stepping stone to a Business Developer position in France or abroad within JT!

A complete training will be delivered to you so that you perfectly master our sales techniques, tools and our sector of activity.

Your manager will be:

Elodie grew up in French Guiana. 15 years in the HR sector have enabled her to better understand our clients' issues. A certain Aimé would have told her, one day in 1998, "Muscle your game Elodie". Since then, when a Power Point is not clear, she shouts "Puuuuull uuuuuuup" and you have to do 20 push-ups (she's the manager, anyway).

Profil recherché

Graduated of a bachelor's or master's degree:

  • You want to join a sales team and discover B2B sales techniques
  • Pugnacious and tenacious, you like to take up challenges
  • Your are comfortable with people and know how to create trusting relationships
  • You are results-oriented and enjoy exceeding your goals
  • You like working in a team
  • You are fluent in French, English and German
