Fluent German Project Manager, Paris, France

Our client is an award-winning global provider of cloud unified communications and collaboration solutions. The company is disrupting the $100B business communications and collaboration market (Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft) with a killer product (Gartner MQ Leader last 3 years) and rapid growth (30%).
We are looking for outstanding talent to help us scale our revenues to $1B and beyond in the coming years.

Our subsidiary is looking for a Professional Services Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception through installation. More specifically, this person will be in charge of digital customer engagement projects. Additionally, this individual will work jointly with customer support, solution engineering, product management, and the sales team to identify and respond to customer requirements.

Candidates must be team-oriented and have a can do attitude while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. This position will require work out of the Paris office and frequent conversations with German-speaking clients, partners and team members.

Responsibilities:

• ● Assist Sales team in creating relevant Statement Of Work (SOW)

• ● Develop and manage projects and their cost, time and scope

• ● Plan, allocate and coordinate tasks with the client and internal teams

• ● Set milestones and trigger related activities (delivery, invoicing, handover,...)

• ● Be cognizant of customer contractual terms and manage accordingly

• ● Ensure quality of deliverables

• ● Participate to shared knowledge base and documentation efforts to ensure

  consistency and efficiency of project management

• ● Animate workshops and steering committees, advise client on the best

  implementation and deployment strategies

• ● Occasionally train and support client staff to use and administrate the solution

• ● Report activities ie: Time tracking, project status updates, acceptance tests

  follow-ups,...

• ● Interact with the sales and SE team on customer issues

• ● Give client feedback to the broader business team and participate to the continuous

  improvement of client overall experience

  
  
  Qualifications:

• ● 3 years experience as a project manager or consultant for Enterprise customers

  required

• ● Ideally experience in the field of digital customer engagement

• ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing effectiveness

• ● Curious about new technologies and sensitive to new uses that emerge

• ● Internet technologies and protocols -savvy (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTPS, FTP , SMTP ,..)

• ● Ability to find solutions in a constraint SaaS environment

• ● Willingness to take ownership of projects and project-related actions.

• ● Must be able to coordinate across various groups and functional teams.

• ● Demonstrate ability to implement, drive and track projects

• ● Willingness to travel throughout assigned region.

• ● Fluent in German (both written and verbal) and either English or French

• ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
