Mission

Today, our client is looking to add a new Customer Sucess Manager for their German market !

Within the Customer Success department, currently composed of 6 specialists in Customer Relations and Transportation, you will learn how to support the B2B customers in the adoption and configuration of an on-demand transportation software solution.

You will be trained in Customer Success Management as well as in Support Management.

? Your missions:

• You will support your German customer portfolio in their on-demand challenges,
• You will pilot the deployment of the solution at the customers' sites and train them on the company tools,
• You ensure the follow-up of the customer support in relation with the Support team,
• You maintain a privileged link with your customers, a complete vision of the customer relationship and Change Management,
• You develop and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the German partner.

Depending on your profile and your skills (technical or commercial), you could be involved in the following subjects

• Carry out the simulations with the Transport specialists,
• Work on the evolution of models, upsales, cross sales...

Profil recherché

?? You are bilingual in German (C1/C2 level) and speak English (B2/C1) and French (B2/C1).

? You have an appetite for technology, project management and mobility issues.

You are familiar with German culture in a commercial and professional context.

You are autonomous, empathetic and a team player !

You have a 5-year degree, ideally from a business or engineering school.

Conditions :

CDI - Paris 8e

Remote work - 2 days per week

Salary - 40/45K€ fixed, 2K bonus
