Our client is an internationally recognized player in the automotive industry. We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers (92230) new employees for the following role:

Mission

In this context, you will have to manage all customer requests through different communication channels:

You will have to manage:

• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Professional emails and web forms
• Live online chat

For the following queries :

• General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty, etc.…,
• Simples complaints: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with legal or financial impact ;
• Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and an online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset the password, connection not working…) ;

• Native English
• A successful experience in customer relations, have a great sense of service, listening, and customer satisfaction
• Active listening, good writing skills
• Flexible, organized, and a team player

Operational hours:

The operation is open from Monday to Saturday, opening hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 9 pm, and 1 Saturday/month from 9 am to 3 pm. Once in production, you do have a rotation in the team, and you receive your schedule 2/3 weeks in advance.

Contract

• Initial CDD 6 months, renewable and possibility of CDI in the future;
  - 36h/week + training session (2 weeks)
• Monthly salary gross 1766,96€
• + 152€ monthly gross for the English language (our official language)
• + 152€ monthly gross as a performance bonus - 1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality, and productivity
• 25 days off + 6 days RTT
• Medical and life insurance
• 50% of the public transport fee reimbursed
• Access to the restaurant of the company, and to the Work Council.
