Founded almost 7 years ago (August 2013), Superprof connects students and tutors for private lessons in more than 1000 subjects: music (guitar, piano etc.), languages, sports (golf, personal training, swimming etc.) and academic tutoring (math, history etc.).

We’re present in 28 countries: Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Indonesia, Japan, The Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, South Africa, France, Sweden, Chile, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Germany, India, Italy, the UK, the US, Canada, South Korea, Nigeria, Poland and Brazil.

Our headquarters are in a beautiful office in the 10^th ‘arrondissement’ of Paris, at Strasbourg Saint-Denis. Our team of 100 people is extremely welcoming, fun and enthusiastic.

Mission

We are looking for someone with related experience and a native level of English, available from the beginning of August, to accelerate the US site’s and blog’s development.

The position covers everything related to the US market’s development and administration, with a special attention given to growth hacking and SEO, without forgetting the CRM, true pillar of our strategy.

You will be placed under the International Markets Direction and directly attached to a Senior Country Manager.

§ Managing the Superprof community

- Guaranteeing a high level of user satisfaction (email responses, telephone, social media)

- Communicating all-things Superprof on social media and managing our social media community

- Translating and adapting the French website, content and strategy to the US market

§ Managing the SEO

- Setting up an editorial team of freelancers to adapt the UK Superprof’s blogs to a US audience

- Monitoring the articles workflow: ordering articles, quality check, publication

- Allocating and managing the SEO budget

§ Developing the activity within the US market

- Assist the Growth and Acquisition team in defining and monitoring our Facebook and Adwords campaigns

- Handling the relations with the acquisition channels we work with in the US

- Ensuring new partnerships and managing the acquisition budget

Profil recherché

§ Perfect knowledge of the US, you have a native level of English and you speak another language, ideally French

§ You have experience with the web (SEO is a plus)

§ You are proactive and autonomous

§ You wish to work in a start-up and join a big family because you like team work

§ You want to develop a project from scratch and ensure a good evolution of the business

§ You like big challenges, you are curious and you like learning

You are good at communicating
