Our client is a participative financing platform devoted to Internet content creators. It allows them to receive "Tips" (monetary "thank-yous") from their communities throughout the year.
Created in 2013, the company has enabled thousands of YouTubers, bloggers, designers, ... to be supported by their fans to continue to create quality content and make a living from their passion.
One of their activities is also to give the possibility to more than 300,000 streamers (Twitch, Youtube,...) to collect donations and display them in live video to their community thanks to the developed technologies.
Mission
We are looking for a Country Manager for the German market.
Missions
The development of a territory requires a wide range of actions for which the Country Manager will have to perform all or part of the tasks, in great autonomy.
- Building a team and process to achieve our local objectives, which include:
- Recruitment of German creators and streamers: identify and recruit creators (Youtubers, bloggers, podcasters, etc.) and streamers (lives on Twitch / Youtube) who could use our tools and support them in creating their account.
- Partnerships: set up commercial or image partnerships with market players in Germany (networks, groups of creators, brands)
- Editorialization of sites: regular update of content and highlights
- Community Management: with the support of the operational team, organize and implement global Community Management, from social networks to support for creators.
- Marketing and PR: create and set up relevant marketing operations and communication plans, if necessary to promote our platforms and generalize their use
Profil recherché
Required profile
- Perfect mastery of German (Native if possible)
- Good knowledge of the web creation environment** (Youtube, Twitch). An experience in this sector would be a real advantage/bonus
- Liking to work in a start-up environment that requires versatility and autonomy
- Able to travel regularly to Germany if required
- Good interpersonal skills
