Descriptif du poste
The Role :

LALALAB is actively seeking an experienced CMO to join our team in Paris. You'll be responsible for our marketing strategy, developing the team, and executing our end-to-end marketing efforts in France and key international markets.
This will include overseeing our mobile performance marketing and user acquisition efforts, building the LALALAB brand, securing major partnerships, and executing large scale campaigns.
You will work closely with our Head of Product, CRM Manager, and Customer Happiness Officer to improve our conversion and retention efforts as well as ensure a flawless end-to-end customer experience across all our touchpoints.

Responsabilities :
  • Define and execute our marketing & communication strategy
  • Manage our agency partner, continuously build-on and challenge our existing user acquisition strategy as well as look to improve our performances and ROI
  • Develop, implement, and track (the performance) of end-to-end marketing intitiatives designed to :
    1/ acquire new customers
    2/ build the LALALAB brand and boost our brand awareness through online and offline campaigns
    3/ Engage and retain our current customers
  • Oversee our social media and influencer marketing strategy
  • Build and grow a top performing marketing team
Profil recherché
You are :

• A marketing expert with 7 years of both operational and strategic marketing experience
  • A proven manager (at least 3 years of people management) with leadership skills and a solid expertise in performance marketing, brand building, customer lifecycle marketing, partnerships, analytics, etc.
  • Data-driven: you have exceptional analytical skills
  • Open and curious. You're innovative, deeply creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
  • A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A person of high integrity; you’re running the show and you’ll have a lot of responsibility, so you’ve got to step up to the plate.
  • Last but not least you're fun to work with and you don't take yourself too seriously
