Job description :

Want to evolve in an international environment, to take care of an attractive market? Join us!

You will be attached to the customers’ loyalty manager. Your missions will be :

Ø Manage the portfolio of our individual and collective insureds : Seizure the affiliations, endorsements, guarantees modifications.

Ø Assist tour French-speaking insured throughout the « life of the contract » by meetings their needs (information, advice, support, commercial proposal…)

Ø Update customer data in the management system, handle requests…

Ø Guarantee the issuance of invoices and calls for contributions to the contracts, follow up on reminders, formal notices from the litigation and recovery actions.

Ø Carry out commerial actions, loyalty and retention actions on the portfolio…

Ø Ensure sincere and quality telephone support, promote proximity and direct contact by multiplying outgoing calls ; guarantee a fast and proactive response to emails.

Ø Take charge of Level 1 customer complaints until they are resolved; contribute to the management of level 2 to 4 claims.

You will also be required to collaborate with our offices in Bangkok and Mexico City.

Finally, you will take part in any workshop or meeting related to your activity, in relation with the different members of your team or company.

Profil:

Holding a 2 years degrees avec graduation, you have a first professional experience as a Client Manager, ideally in the insurance or banking sector. During this experience you have demonstrated both rigor and a real taste for the sense of service.

You have an oral and editorial fluency in both French and English (knowledge of another language is a plus).
