Business Development Manager Germany

based in Paris (France)

As a Business Development Manager you will uncover new and talented artists and integrate them into the company’s portfolio. You will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and support of new talents.

Mission

• Acquisition of new talented German artists via email campaigns and direct calling initiatives
• First contact person for the artists and responsible for the onboarding process
• Participation in the company’s growth process through implementation of creative ideas

Profile

• First sales experience with a proven track record
• Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• German native and fluent in English
• Art scene background would be beneficial but is not required
