Mission

As part of building a full team in Paris we are seeking a Customer Service Executive for the Paris office.
Ideal candidate already has meaningful experience in customer services and can speak English, French and Dutch.

As a Customer Service Executive, you can expect to assist potential investors through any part of the journey, be that the sign-up process or updates on the transfer of their shares.
The role holder will be our customers first point of contact by phone or email and a crucial addition to an important team. You need a positive attitude and have a real desire to want to help our customers.
Flexibility is required in order to assist in the various areas of the Customer Service Team, for example during periods where volumes are high or in the event of unexpected staff absences.
The geographical scope of the position primary relates to the French activities, but according to the deal flow, to the development of the firm and to the availability of other team members in the Customer Services department, it could also encompass Dutch speaking region and UK.

The Customer Service Executive will be located in Paris, reporting both locally to the Country Head and functionally to the Customer Service Manager located in London as part of the wider Operations Department.

Your responsibilities
• Answering queries both via email and over the phone
• Manually vetting users to verify their details
• Making sure our customers are kept up to date regarding their transfers
• Working as a team to achieve a great customer experience
• Helping our customers get up and running with their accounts
• Being the first point of contact of investors
• Maintaining a professional and approachable image
• Complaints handling and logging
• Working with different teams in the company to improve overall customer experience
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Profil recherché

- 1-3 years working in a customer/client service role (financial industry ideal)
- You speak French, Dutch and English
- A people person with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Reliable team player
- Proactive and flexible approach to working
- First class verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of data protection regulations
- Self-motivated and high integrity
- Copes well under pressure and can deliver to deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Good relationship building skills; with both internal and external parties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
