CapEnglish is a French company, established over 10 yrs ago. Our aim is to ensure quality English teaching in schools all around France. We focus on young learners (3-11yrs old) and work with many schools to offer 4 key teaching programmes:

· Scolaire (during school hours)

· Periscolaire (during lunchtime or after school workshops)

· Centre Aéré (Wednesday mornings)

· Language Assistant Internship Programme (lives with host family; meals and accommodation is provided & they teach 20hrs per week at a school and offers 7 hours support to help the family)

Mission

Looking for a 3 month internship in France (Jan - Apr 2024)?

Our CapEnglish Language internship programme is an ideal internship opportunity for students with an interest in working with kids or French culture/languages. In essence, you will assist French teachers by helping to teach various subjects, in English, to young children at a primary school. The programme offers:

• 3 months Convention de Stage (internship contract) - starts Jan 2024

• Accommodation with a vetted host family, your own room.

• 15 hrs teaching assistance in a primary school and 12 hrs English support to the host family.

• All meals provided

• 50% of public transport to and from work reimbursed

• 630€ gross salary per month

• Supportive teaching team

• Transfer from local French airport/train station to your host family

• Eligibility for future teaching vacancies with CapEnglish

• Improved spoken French guaranteed

• Certification of completion (Attestation)

• 18-27yrs old

• Enjoy working with young kids

• English as a first language

• Adaptable, team player with excellent communication skills

• Basic French recommended but not essential
