PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
CORUM BUTLER is looking for an eager and service-orientated tech support agent
The responsibilities of a support agent are the following:
· Providing outstanding support to the groups users
· Understanding and resolving technical issues from a wide variety of systems
· Going the extra mile and have a constant drive to improve and better the infrastructure in our group
The responsibilities are wide and vary, from Creating accounts and right management to debugging software deployments .
MAIN ACTIVITIES
You’ll be the front line of support for our users and partners. Every day is a mix of that you know, and what is new. Granting permissions in systems, or debugging a stuck outlook might be the start of the day and by the end you are assisting in deploying a new meeting room. The group is located in multiple countries and the occasional travel is desired.
The mission includes:
User Support :
• Onboarding & Offboarding of users
• Right assigning and setup of the basic IT package
• Creating software deployments with Intune
• Training users in the tools we use, O365, Lastpass, Uniflow etc.
• Managing O365/distribution and security groups.
• Assisting in various SharePoint Online tasks
Tech being used
· Almost exclusively Microsoft Windows 11
· Intune and ATP
· Navision & Dynamics as CRM
· Various user support tools, Lastpass, CloudFlare WARP, ATP
· Microsoft Office 365 as a productivity suite
Profile
PROFILE
· A first experience in IT support is a considerable plus - but not a requirement.
Eager to learn, and an affinity for tech will allow us to get you all the skills needed to do the job
· A calm reliable personality
· Curious and perseverance are required
· Fluent in English with fluency in French being a considerable plus
· And one additional language: German, Dutch, or Portuguese
