Mission

Job responsibilities

    • Understand perfectly our SAAS cloud-based technology product
    • Onboard and manage a portfolio of large and premium accounts (Enterprise customers) and smaller accounts with big upsell potential. In a few words: you’ll be in charge of our most important customers!
    • Understand clients’ business goals and convey how our client can help make those goals a reality
    • Detect and close upsell opportunities by understanding clients’ needs and company structure
    • Pitch to and negotiate with C-Level executives in an international context - US and Europe
    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers
    • Organize recurring follow-up meetings to share ROI metrics and good practices
    • Have a trusted advisor/consultant approach with customers
    • Establish credibility quickly with senior-level executives across organizations
    • Suggest new ideas to improve our product, based on customer feedback

Profile

Required skills

  • To be a strong fit for this role, you should have 3-5 years of stable sales experience (quota carrying sales role), working in a fast-paced SaaS/applications software environment
  • You will have consistently hit targets in your previous roles and will be able to show evidence of this
  • You would define yourself as customer-obsessed with a growth mindset
  • You have outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • You believe in providing value to your clients
  • You have the ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • You are a fluent or native English and French speaker

Recruitment process

Depending on your specialization (Tech / Marketing / Sales / Community / Support), the hiring process will involve a first contact interview to get to know you better, a technical assessment to have a look at your operational skills, and one or two face-to-face interviews, with several teammates.
