🎯 Using artificial intelligence and Big Data, our client is accelerating the Digital Transformation of CAC40 / SBF120 companies.

🌎 More than 70,000 freelancers are registered on the platform, which has opened offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes and Lyon and is now beginning its international expansion with Belgium!

Mission

After training in Paris, you will join the Belgian office on a permanent contract to :

• Find the perfect profile for the clients,, among the community of freelancers registered on the internal platform.
• Validate freelancers during interviews before proposing them to clients (soft skills, technical skills, availability, etc.).
• Proposing client assignments to freelancers
• Working in support of the Country Manager based in Belgium, who is in direct contact with clients
• Attend client meetings with the Country Manager
• Monitor the end of the recruitment process once the candidate has been validated
• Take part in improving the Artificial Intelligence/Big Data tools by enriching the data on freelancers after each interview.
• Helping to run the freelance community on LinkedIn

Profile

• You have a fluent to bilingual level of Dutch (C1/C2) and you speak French fluently (C1).
• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in recruitment.
• You have a taste for a challenge and a desire to progress by taking part in the adventure of a fast-growing start-up.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You will be trained in IT professions.

Conditions :

• 38-hour permanent contract (Belgian contract)
• Location: Brussels (Ixelles)
• Teleworking: 2 days a week once the trial period has been validated.
• Lunch vouchers
• Salary: 35K-45K depending on experience
• Next steps : An interview with one of our recruiters and 2 interviews with the company (1 HR, 1 manager)
