Notre client, industriel basé dans le bassin minier, recherche dans le cadre de son développement, son futur Gestionnaire ADV anglais courant.

Mission

Rattaché au Responsable ADV, vous réceptionnez et saisissez les commandes. Vous suivez les délais de production et informez le client de manière pro-active. Aussi, vous gérez les expéditions ainsi que la facturation, assurez l'interface avec les clients et suivez les litiges clients.

Profile

De formation Bac +2, vous justifiez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel. Vous avez des connaissances des documents d'exportation type incoterms et vous parlez anglais couramment. Dynamique et adaptable, vous êtes proactif et possédez une aisance téléphonique.
