JOB DESCRIPTION

ManoMano wants to ease sellers’ operations. To do so, we launched our fulfillment service, ManoFulfillment. Reporting to ManoFulfillment Seller Experience Lead, you’ll be in charge of the seller onboarding process for the new service.

You will be responsible to follow up with our sellers during the first months on the service, on all our platforms, starting with France, in order to deliver the best possible experience to our sellers. You will also be responsible for designing innovative solutions to make our onboarding process the market reference.

Missions :

  • Help and coach interested sellers to onboard ManoFulfillment program during the entire process;
  • Negotiate with potential prospect to convince them to join the program, based on our commercial and quality teams inputs;
  • Ensure the entire onboarding process lead time goes down to 4 business days;
  • Act as an account manager for new sellers during their first month, by being the focal contact point on every operational, technical and commercial questions. This entails to manage seller’s performance during that time to maximize it;
  • Train and coach sellers on how to use the different tools offered by ManoFulfillment, as well as on their overall performance and actions to lead to maximize it;
  • Negotiate with sellers to increase their assortment on ManoFulfillment as well as to strictly follow our stock recommendation;
  • Become the onboarding expert and propose new initiatives to improve it and ensure our onboarding process is a key differentiator of MF program versus our competition.

Preferred experience :

  • Langage spoken : French and/or Spanish.
  • Top Engineering or Business School.
  • Junior accepted, 0-2 year of Fulfillment, Operations or Marketplace experience would be a plus
  • Excellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required.
  • Excellent project management and business negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace.
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace.
