Today, we are working with a prestigious Luxury Brand that is looking for a trilingual Customer service executive for its European Customer Relations Center, fluent in Dutch and English (French must be at least an intermediate level).

The Customer Relationship Center Europe focus on two levels:

- The management of the back office and customer service of the e-commerce activity for 17 European countries; the center is the single point of contact for end customers wishing to contact European stores.

-Their expertise revolves around five pillars: customer service, product offering and e-merchandising, traffic and data acquisition, financial control and logistics.

As part of a dynamic and international team of 20 customer service executives, you will join a human-sized environment where proximity management is privileged and where collaborative work and team spirit are encouraged. Mission

In a multi-lingual and multi-tasking context, you are the preferred contact person for their Dutch and Northern European clients. As an ambassador of the House, your main missions will be the following ones:

1/ E-commerce Europe: back-office and Customer Service management

Receive, analyze, validate and follow up on European e-commerce orders, answer by e-mail and telephone to e-commerce customers, advise them, develop sales

Make outgoing calls in order to have a proactive approach towards certain clients of the House in a spirit of service.

Be a driving force behind any initiative aimed at improving the e-commerce customer experience.

2/ Customer Relationship Center Europe: providing an excellent customer relationship: handling incoming calls for Dutch and Northern European stores :

Assist customers contacting the stores, guide them to offer them a quality, fluid experience.

To be a guarantor of the quality of the relationship with the customers but also with the stores, as a privileged interlocutor in a spirit of service.

Provide quality product information to the customer (characteristics, availability, reservations, etc.) or any other useful information, communicate on procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and follow-up with the store concerned.

Profile

Empathetic and caring, you have a strong sense of service and put the customer at the heart of your concerns. You have a strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing and speaking skills in Dutch and English.

Assertive, you have analytical skills, autonomy, very good stress management (handling disputes) and a sharp sense of priorities.

You are agile with office automation tools. You appreciate teamwork and would like to be part of a human-sized, international team.

You graduated from hotel, business or communications school and/or have experience in one of these fields.

Experience in direct contact with a demanding and international clientele would be an asset.

Days worked :

Monday to Friday

Once a month: from Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week.

Majority of teleworking

PERMANENT CONTRACT - 35H

Position to be filled immediately

Paris 12 - Bastille

Time shifts: 8am-4pm; 10am-6pm; 11am-7pm; 1pm-8pm (rotation according to schedule)

Face-to-face training :

Tailor-made integration courses, including training on products, procedures and tools.

Salary :

Annual: 36-38K (with variables)

Fixed: 2150 /month gross over 13 months Incentive bonus and profit-sharing (6700th once a year)

Variables: 150/month qualitative premium quantitative premium every 3 months (between 100 and 300e)
