Chargé de recouvrement bilingue italien H/F

Mission

Notre client, Groupe pharmaceutique leader sur son marché, recherche un Chargé de Recouvrement bilingue italien dans le cadre d'une longue mission intérimaire.

Au sein d'une unité contentieuse, vous avez en charge un portefeuille de dossiers en situation d'impayés. Vous contactez le client en privilégiant le téléphone. Aussi, vous effectuez un diagnostic de sa situation. Enfin, vous proposez une solution pérenne en adéquation avec sa situation financière.

Doté d'un Bac 2 minimum, vous avez une expérience similaire.
Réactivité, organisation et capacité d'analyse et de synthèse sont des atouts indispensables pour ce poste.
