Chargé de clientèle luxe H/F

Mission

Notre client est un acteur de l'industrie du luxe. Dans le cadre d'un remaniement, il recherche 4 Chargés de clientèle ADV, maîtrisant parfaitement l'anglais et l'allemand à l'écrit comme à l'oral en CDI.

Rattaché au responsable de la division, vous recevez des appels clients, les renseignez, suivez leurs commandes, gérez les litiges, suivez les livraisons, refacturez et conseillez les clients.

Diplômé d'un Bac +2 minimum type BTS, vous êtes très à l'aise dans les relations humaines. Vous êtes trilingue avec la maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais, du français et de l'allemand. D'un naturel proactif, vous avez à cœur la satisfaction clients.
Vous souhaitez découvrir un métier et êtes disponible 1 samedi par mois (rattrapé la semaine suivante).
