Mission

What is the role of a Business Development Representative at JobTeaser? Part of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for generating and prospecting qualified sales leads for the Spanish market.

  • As direct contact person in the strategic understanding of our high potential prospects'needs, you will begin the sales cycle in order to establish and develop strong relationships with all kinds of companies
  • You will lead prospection campaigns through emails and calls in order to detect new opportunities and feed the pipeline of Business Developers with appointments
  • You will get in touch and engage with our prospects by introducing oiur company and laying a counseling role regarding their recruitment need.
  • You will stay up-to-date with new products/service and new pricing and will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager on activities and sales results.

This position is also a step away to an Account Executive career at JobTeaser.

Profile

  • You are well-versed in Spanish culture or are Spanish native
  • You ideally hold some previous work experience in Sales or Inside Sales
  • You are a go-getter and like developing new business, while being rigorous in CRM reporting
  • You hold excellent interpersinal skills which include great at communicating, enthusiastic, autonomous, proactive, entrepreneurial, excellent state of mind, empathetic, convincing... You get it, right? ;)
  • Result-oriented while livened up by a real taste for challenge and the will to challenge/improve our processes
  • Full professionnal fluency in Spanish and English
