Mission

Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client, un cabinet d'architecte américain basé dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris, un Assistant polyvalent pour un poste en CDD de 9 mois renouvelable.

Rattaché à l'office manager et situé à l'accueil, vous vous chargez de l'accueil de l'entreprise, de la gestion du standard, de la gestion des salles de réunions et des services généraux. Vous pouvez vous rendre disponible pour d'autres missions en fonction des besoins de la société.

Dynamique, proactif et débrouillard, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative à un poste similaire. Vous maîtrisez le Pack office et parlez un anglais de niveau professionnel.
