Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée en communication. Dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité, il recherche un Assistant ADV et import trilingue italien-anglais-français pour un CDI.

Mission

Au sein du service commercial et ADV, vous gérez les commandes des clients BtoB Italie pour des demandes spéciales. Ainsi, vous les réceptionnez et les saisissez sur l'ERP interne. Par la suite, vous suivez les livraisons. Au quotidien, vous échangez avec les clients par téléphone et par mail. Sur le plan import, vous interrogez les fournisseurs asiatiques concernant les références et les cotations. Par la suite, vous gérez les commandes d'achats.

Profile

Disponible immédiatement, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans à un poste similaire (dont alternance et stages). Dynamique, réactif et doté d'un bon relationnel, vous parlez couramment italien. Votre anglais et votre français sont professionnels. La connaissance d'un ERP est un plus.
