Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée en communication. Dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité, il recherche un Assistant commercial ADV trilingue italien-anglais-français pour un CDI.

Mission

Rattaché au Responsable commercial, vous gérez les commandes des clients BtoB situés en Italie en intégralité. Ainsi, vous les réceptionnez et les saisissez sur l'ERP interne. Par la suite, vous suivez les livraisons depuis l'usine jusqu'aux clients. Puis, vous êtes en charge du traitement des litiges.

Profile

Disponible immédiatement, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans à un poste similaire (dont alternance et stages). Dynamique, autonome et doté d'un bon relationnel, vous parlez couramment italien. Votre anglais est professionnel à l'écrit. La connaissance d'un ERP est un plus.
