Notre client, spécialisé dans son domaine, recherche un Assistant commercial/ADV parlant allemand pour un CDI.

Mission

Au sein du service commercial, votre mission concerne la gestion complète des candidats. En effet, vous gérez la relation commerciale ainsi que tout le suivi des dossiers (commandes, suivi des livraisons, les litiges). Vous êtes le premier contact du client et répondez à toutes ses interrogations tout en ayant un rôle de conseil. De plus, vous vérifiez les référencements, les prix ainsi que toutes les demandes relatives aux dossiers.

Profile

Vous disposez d'un Bac +2 orienté commerce et relation clients et d'une première expérience. Vous appréciez le contact, parlez couramment allemand et idéalement une autre langue. Très bon communicant, vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement international. A l'aise avec les outils informatiques, vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
