How Showroomprivé recruited a Dutch translator

How did Showroomprive recruit a Dutch translator?

Shopping for top brands at exclusive prices is possible on showroomprive.com! With its private sales, the multi-service platform brings together all the fashion and beauty, for the pleasure of consumers!

Showroomprivé was founded in 2006 and has become one of the European leaders in online shopping with over 25 million members today.

Present in 7 countries, the international group is constantly innovating, while maintaining its personality and commitments. They therefore called upon MisterBilingue to develop their activity in the Netherlands.

The target profile

In order to offer a quality service to its Dutch customers, Showroomprivé was looking for a Dutch translator to join its team.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 3 years of higher education
  • Native Dutch or Flemish speaker, with a C1 level in French
  • A good knowledge of the internet and the private sales market
  • Excellent writing skills and spelling

The HR service chosen by Showroomprivé team

The group decided to call upon MisterBilingue - recruitment agency - to find the ideal candidate and expand its team. Our recruitment officer, Margaux, was looking for an e-commerce enthusiast to translate their texts from French to Dutch. To do this, Showroomprivé could count on the fact that MisterBilingue had no exclusivity clause; in fact, if the company wished to mandate another recruitment firm for this position, it was perfectly possible!

MisterBilingue's multilingual talent

After a meticulous search, Margaux once again managed to find the candidate the Showroomprivé team was looking for! Claudia Vanhove, a Dutch linguist, had several experiences in translation but also in customer service! Her particular taste for teamwork and taking initiatives also made the difference!

No doubt about it: Claudia has been blossoming in her job for more than two months, to our great delight!
