How did Mutuaide recruit a Spanish, English and French-speaking Assistance Coordinator?

The company has been assisting its customers for nearly 40 years with all types of assistance requests, whether in France or abroad, with a 24-hour service.

Mutuaide’s goal

Mélanie, Recruitment Specialist at Mutuaide, was looking for a Spanish, English and French-speaking Assistance Coordinator to help Mutuaide’s Spanish-speaking customers who need assistance abroad.

The main aim of this role is to reassure the customer and follow up on their medical treatment or repatriation.

Whatever their situation, you must be able to help them and be in contact with them. Every contact person is different, so there is certainly no set routine for this job.

The job offered by Mutuaide

The purpose of this job is to help people that need help in France or abroad.

The requirements for the job are the following:

  • Have successful experience in customer relations
  • Speak fluent French, English and Spanish
  • Enjoy working in a team and be a friendly person

This is a temporary position, which can be converted into a permanent contract at the end of it.
