Our client

Little Big Change is the “Babies” part of the Ontex Group, a leading international producer of personal hygiene solutions for babies, women and adults.

This branch reached a turnover of almost 1 million euros in 2019, only a year after it was founded.

With 18 production and distribution sites in more than 110 countries, the Ontex Group is constantly evolving.

Little Big Change’s goal

Christelle, Subscription Relationship Manager at Ontex, was looking to recruit an Italian speaking Customer Care Agent to assist and support Italian speaking customers, with a view to refine the growth strategy of Little Big Change.

The objective of this role is to be the first point of contact between Little Big Change and customers, helping them to use their products and services.

This role also includes a collaboration and exchange with different stakeholders in the company such as marketing or acquisition.

The job offered by Little Big Change

The main mission for this position is to maximize customer value and thus generate profitable growth for the company.

The requirements for the job are the following:

  • Have at least two years of experience in customer service
  • Be able to handle difficult or stressful situations
  • Ideally have a background in communication, business or languages.
  • Speak fluent Italian and French
  • Being able to use at least one CRM tool is helpful
