How HTI recruited a German and English-speaking Search Associate πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

HTI (Healthcare & Technology International) is an international recruitment and human resources consultancy firm for the healthcare industry.

With offices in Paris, Nice, Geneva, Cologne and Barcelona, as well as in the United States, the company provides its expertise through international consultants with knowledge of biotech, medtech and the pharmaceutical industry 🧬

HTI’s goal

Muriel, Senior Consultant Partner at HTI, contacted MisterBilingue to find a Search Associate.

HTI's aim is to expand its team by recruiting someone to support the Consultant in charge of recruitment.

The job offered by HTI

The role of the Search Associate is to assist the Consultant in the search and pre-qualification of potential candidates for their executive search assignments, with the aim of presenting the best candidates to the Consultant.

The profile we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

  • Bilingual in German and English πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • Be organised, precise and meticulous
  • Have a good sense of priorities ☝️
  • Be able to analyse and summarise 🧠
  • Be at ease with candidates πŸ“ž

Our support

Since August, HTI was looking for someone who was bilingual in English and German, so that it could speak to candidates in their mother tongue.

Alexandra, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Alexandra was able to start her search (sourcing and headhunting 🎯 ) using our specialist tools. Once talents has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Alexandra draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right through to recruitment. A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer.

After several interviews with the company's Consultants and the taking of references, a final interview is organised to discuss the administrative aspects and ensure that the recruitment process is beneficial for both the candidate and the company 🀝

With a passion for languages, Selina carried out a Masters degree in foreign languages in Germany. πŸ—£οΈ

She began her career in education, teaching German at a number of universities, including Versailles in 2020, when she arrived in France. She also worked at Datawords as German Content Manager, where she was involved in project and client management.

Selina is a sunny, dynamic person who loves communication and contact with other individuals. 🌞
