Always at the forefront of technology and service, it is possible to discover them on the outskirts of Paris in a real temple dedicated to cycling: "Alltricks Store". Bike enthusiasts can quench their thirst for creativity with a bike customization service, or test their posture with state-of-the-art tools.

Founded in 2008, the passion for sports and conviviality are the key words of this constantly growing company, driven by the desire to satisfy their customers.

With its 54 million visitors per year, the e-commerce giant has now decided to take a new turn, opening different stores and diversifying; Alltricks thus aims to become THE reference in terms of cycles, but also outdoor sports and more particularly hiking.

To complete its team of 150 enthusiasts, Alltricks called upon MisterBilingue!

The target profile

So, to join their growing international team, Alltricks was looking for a German-speaking customer advisor.

Prerequisites:

  • German level C2, and good knowledge of French
  • Minimum 2 years of higher education and a first successful experience in customer service
  • Passion for cycling, running and/or triathlon, and for customer relations!
