MisterBilingue recruitment agency contacted Stefania, European Collections Manager at Brady Group, to help find a Collection Officer.

The job offered by Brady Group

The role of the Collection Manager is to manage the files of customers who have not met their payment deadlines. He/she is responsible for the portfolio of French and Spanish customers.

The profile we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

Our support

Since September, Brady Group had been looking for an organized person motivated to contribute to the company's development in the Spanish market.

Nicolas, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was tasked with finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas can begin his research (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialized tools. Once talent has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Nicolas draws up a shortlist and forwards it to the customer within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop here: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right up to the point of hiring. A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.

Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer. After an interview with the European Collection Manager, the candidate receives an offer of employment. πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί

The talent proposed by MisterBilingue

Thanks to several exchanges between Nicolas and Stefania, as well as a thorough search, Nicolas found the ideal candidate for the job: Maxime D., bilingual Collection Agent in Spanish and French.

After obtaining a DUT in Marketing, Maxime worked for 2 years as a self-service employee at Auchan. He then moved to Spain for 5 years, where he worked in the restaurant business with his family, who run a hotel-restaurant complex. πŸ›ŽοΈ

He then decided to return to France, where he first worked for a laboratory courier for 4 years, before moving into customer relations.

In early 2023, Maxime completed a 2-month fixed-term contract as a bilingual French/Spanish customer advisor. He was in charge of contacts with carriers, tracking orders, handling telephone and email enquiries, and also liaising with the collections department.
