Mission
My client is an international outsourcing company with an office in Paris, they are looking for fluent Norwegian speakers to join their international customer administrator team. In this role you will be helping consumers via inbound phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in relation to invoices and payments, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Norwegian
- Good command of English
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitasking
- Computer literate, experience with SAP desired
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided.
