Mission
My client is a global leader in business and IT services is looking for fluent French speakers for a new technical support project. There is an option to work in their office in France or in England, but you will still be assisting French speaking (business) customers via phone, email, live chat and social media with technical issues with their software package.
This is a first line support role, where you will be the first point of contact for customers. Problem solving and first time resolution are important in this role. For more complex issues you will re-direct to the relevant department, but you will still take ownership of the ticket and you will be in in contact with your client via phone and email to give them regular updates on the status of their ticket.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French and English
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Computer literate, experience with CRM and/or ticketing systems desired
- Interest in graphic and web design programs
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided. In case of relocation there is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement, dedicated relocation officer and 2 weeks accommodation on arrival.
